About Our Minister

John A. Adedapo
(Minister in charge)

John Adedapo is an ordained Pastor. He is not only a pastor, but a church-planter, counselor, and teacher of the Word. God has tremendously used him both at home and abroad for His Kingdom expansion. The Rev. Adedapo was trained in the most prestigious Baptist Seminary in Nigeria. And after his seminary training, he served in different capacities within the Baptist denomination and beyond. He was the Assistant National Director for the Evangelism and Stewardship Department of the Nigerian Baptist Convention at the Convention Headquarters in Ibadan, that was in the early 90’s.

Pastor John Adedapo (as he loves to be called), has a Baptist background though, he has served God outside the Baptist communities through seminars, revival services, Bible Study and prayer meeting convener as well as other ministerial assignments among other Christian organizations. He was very fond of giving lectures and seminars on Stewardship, Evangelism, Marriage, Leadership, and Discipleship within and outside the Baptist denomination. Likewise, he preached Revival Services and Open Air Crusades in different settings and places especially in Nigeria. Pastor John Adedapo together with his wife, Comfort received the “Macedonian Call” in the mid-90’s to serve on the pastorate of a church in Niamey, Republique du Niger where they passionately served the Lord for more than five years. From Niamey, he proceeded to the United States of America for further theological studies. He pastored Alafia Baptist Church in Maryland while in the USA. And his last theological training was in Canada.

John Adedapo, with his family was divinely led to Canada some few years ago. And he has been instrumental in the founding of the Nigerian Canadian Baptist Church of Toronto (NCBC) here in Canada. He is happily married to Comfort. And God has blessed their union with three kids who also have love and passion for the advancement of God's kingdom work. Needless to say that Pastor Adedapo has enthusiasm for salvation messages: rain or sunshine. We thank God for His anointing upon this humble man of God.
